CDTO Campus Begins Collaboration with GGTC Berlin

CDTO Campus has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Global Government Technology Centre Berlin. This partnership aims to facilitate knowledge exchange in digital transformation and develop joint initiatives.

The CDTO Campus training programs will now be part of Germany's digital leadership development curriculum. GovTech Campus Deutschland, in collaboration with TUM Think Tank, will integrate Ukraine’s expertise into its education system to train German digitalization professionals.

Additionally, the memorandum establishes close cooperation in digital security and the protection of public services. Ukraine will share its unique cybersecurity solutions, including cloud migration of government services, the implementation of digital documents, and resilience mechanisms against cyberattacks.

CDTO Campus is a national educational initiative designed to train Chief Digital Transformation Officers (CDTO), a new generation of public sector professionals responsible for driving innovation in governance, public services, and national digitalization.
