Diia was awarded for launching the world’s first online marriage.
Online marriage allows couples to get married without visiting government offices. The entire process — from proposal to receiving a marriage certificate — takes place in the app. Even if the couple is in different cities or countries, all they need for the ceremony is a smartphone and internet connection. The whole process takes up to 30 minutes.
