- AI-first vision by 2030 — Ukraine aims to become a top 3 country globally in AI adoption in the public sector. This goal shapes every strategy, from legislative frameworks to real-world rollouts.
- A sandbox for the future — Ukraine has already launched a national AI & blockchain sandbox for the public sector, issued guidelines for AI in various industries, and is preparing businesses for future EU-aligned AI regulation.
- Public-private collaboration as a model — The Diia.AI launch has become a global case study in how governments and tech leaders can rapidly co-create secure, citizen-friendly AI systems.
