Diia.Engine, part of Ukraine’s digital ecosystem Diia led by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, has received 2nd place in the «Most Innovative Project — Public Sector» category at the GIMI Awards 2025, hosted by the Global Innovation Management Institute.
GIMI is a leading international authority in innovation management and certification, recognizing breakthrough achievements across sectors.
Diia.Engine was celebrated as a groundbreaking solution driving systemic change and setting new benchmarks for innovation in government technology. The jury highlighted the platform’s creativity, scalability, and impact potential across the public sector.
Diia.Engine is a low-code platform that enables government institutions to build and upgrade state registries and digital systems quickly, securely, and cost-effectively. Using modular components, institutions can launch and scale services without depending on a single developer.
Currently, 25 public institutions use the platform, which hosts 54 registries and digital government systems.
