The Ukrainian Startup Fund joining the Microsoft for Startups Investor Network marks a step toward the global technology league. It gives Ukrainian startups access to global cloud infrastructure, allowing them to build products more efficiently, optimise technology costs, and scale their solutions to international markets
The program is available to pre-seed – Series A startups that:

• own their own software;
• have received less than $350,000 Azure credits over time;
• are registered in a country where Azure services are available;
• have not raised Series C or later investments;

• are not consulting, educational, or government organizations and are not engaged in crypto-mining.
Ukraine has exceptional engineering talent and a strong culture of innovation. Through Microsoft for Startups, we help early-stage founders move faster using enterprise-grade tools such as GitHub, Microsoft 365 and direct access to Azure OpenAI Service. This enables startups to build and operate at professional scale while embedding strong security, compliance, privacy, and data protection from day one
Startups will be able to use loans from Microsoft for:
• cloud infrastructure and data storage;
• AI and machine learning solutions;
• testing, developing, and scaling products;
• preparing for entering international markets.
To be able to receive Azure credits from Microsoft, startups should fill out the form:
The initiative with Microsoft is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Startup Fund within the framework of Ukraine’s Global Innovation Strategy 2030 (WINWIN).
