Diia Reaches 23 Million Users: Ukraine’s Digital Government Becomes the New Normal

Over 23 million Ukrainians are now using Diia, the national eGovernment platform that has transformed access to public services.

In just over five years, Ukraine has digitized its most in-demand government services and launched a wide range of innovative projects. Recently, the country introduced the world’s first AI assistant on a government portal, allowing citizens to access services with the help of artificial intelligence.

Today, Diia offers:

• 70+ digital public services

• 33 digital documents

— all available in just a few taps.

The platform continues to evolve. The next step includes launching 100+ new services, as well as integrating AI into all public administration processes.

Diia is now the new normal in Ukraine — a digital state approach where every service is designed to be fast, transparent, and citizen-centric.
