On 28 September 2025, a new Diia.Business center was soft‑launched in Dnipro. This space will become a vital support hub for entrepreneurs in the region — proving that business continues to move forward even in a city close to conflict lines.

Despite its proximity to frontline zones, Dnipro remains an economic and innovation hub. The new center underscores the resilience of Ukrainian enterprise. Here, business owners can access free consultations, training, information on grant and educational programs, and opportunities for networking and scaling.

We continue expanding our national Diia.Business project, whose mission is to build a country of entrepreneurs and help businesses grow and export. SMEs drive the economy and open doors for citizens. Ukraine already operates 14 Diia.Business centers — plus one in Warsaw — and has delivered over 50,000 consultations online. I am confident the new center in Dnipro will become another place where entrepreneurs gain support, knowledge, and opportunity

Mykhailo FedorovFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation

The Dnipro center spans 275 m², and features a pop-up product testing zone: business owners can display goods, collect feedback, and refine offerings before market launch.

Since 2020, the Ministry established Diia.Business to build an ecosystem for SMEs. Over time, over 15 million Ukrainians used the platform, which now offers 130+ services, 80+ consultation topics, and 500+ financial products via its marketplace. During wartime, offline centers have become essential business hubs. Now, Dnipro joins this network — providing local entrepreneurs tools to adapt, grow, and compete

The center’s experts will assist entrepreneurs with personalized growth roadmaps and offer professional advice in legal, marketing, and financial domains.

Opening Diia.Business in Dnipro is especially meaningful. In a city living daily with war, business doesn’t stop. We are creating a space where entrepreneurs receive real support — a testament to economic resilience. This is a step toward building a digitally mature economy

Artem PlatonovDirector of the Digital Skills and Education Directorate

The Dnipro center’s inaugural initiative will be «Vidvazhna 3: Digital Evolution of Business» («Corageous 3»), an accelerator for women entrepreneurs transforming traditional ventures into digitally competitive enterprises.

A formal opening ceremony is planned soon with business, government, and media attendees. Stay updated via the center’s Instagram page.

The Diia.Business Entrepreneur Support Center in Dnipro is being launched at the initiative of the NGO Center for Business and Innovation Development, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, and financial assistance from the UK government through UK aid as part of the BLOOM Program. The program is implemented by the BLOOM consortium, which includes Mercy Corps, the International Rescue Committee (IRC), Swisscontact, and Right to Protection (R2P). The center’s partners also include Alfred Nobel University, the IBS Business School at the University, and UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.
