Global GovTech Board

At the 2025 World Economic Forum (World Economic Forum) in Davos, Ukraine became a co-founder of the world’s first-ever Global GovTech Board.

The Global GovTech Board will serve as a platform where digital transformation leaders from various countries can develop new technological solutions for citizens, strengthen cybersecurity, and create joint international projects.

The Board will operate permanently, with Ukraine and Germany as co-founders, coordinating its activities through GovTech centres in Kyiv and Berlin.

This initiative is crucial, as governments worldwide require new approaches based on transparency, efficiency, and citizen-centricity. Ukraine is already demonstrating how digitalization and technology can reshape government-citizen interactions. But this is just the beginning. Together with partners and the global community, we can build a new governance model that meets the challenges of the modern world.

The Global GovTech Board will benefit Ukraine and the world by enabling the exchange of best practices in innovation and digital governance. Ukraine will also tackle global challenges through joint initiatives with international partners.
