Technological superiority is shaping the battlefield — and Ukraine is building it.
Among the most advanced systems developed and deployed in Ukraine’s defense ecosystem are the DELTA combat platform and the AI-powered Avengers system — tools that combine battlefield awareness, real-time coordination, and automated target detection.
DELTA: Full Tactical Control at the Frontline
Developed by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, DELTA is a secure digital platform that provides real-time situational awareness directly on soldiers’ smartphones, tablets, or laptops.
It enables:
- Visualization of enemy and friendly positions on a live map
- Secure intelligence sharing across units
- Planning and coordination of drone operations
- Precise targeting — up to 2,000 enemy assets neutralized per day
Avengers: AI-Driven Target Detection
The Avengers platform uses computer vision to recognize and classify 70% of enemy vehicles and equipment in drone and surveillance video — in as little as 2.2 seconds.
Built on the world’s largest manually labeled dataset of enemy military hardware, Avengers can detect camouflaged vehicles even in fog, snow, or low light. It enhances speed, accuracy, and survivability on the battlefield.
Recently presented by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine at the London Defence Conference, these systems drew interest from partner nations seeking practical, modern solutions for their own defense challenges.
Ukraine’s experience shows that digital warfare isn’t a future concept — it’s the present reality. And it’s changing the way democracies defend themselves.
