Ukraine is building an agentic state — and now has the world’s first national AI assistant to prove it.
Launched in partnership with Google, Diia.AI is a conversational assistant that provides real government services directly in chat — not just information.
Already, 35,000+ Ukrainians have used Diia.AI and generated over 1,000 official documents through the assistant.
Powered by Google’s Gemini 2.0 Flash, deployed on the secure Vertex AI cloud platform, Diia.AI can:
- Instantly answer questions about 200+ public services
- Understand natural language queries from users
- Process requests from millions of citizens simultaneously
We’re transforming Diia from a digital platform into a full AI agent — capable of delivering services even before a user requests them. Diia.AI running on Gemini is a global example of public–private cooperation to create AI solutions for citizens
Data protection is a top priority: no personal data is sent to Gemini. All user information is processed within Diia’s secure perimeter.
Coming soon: Gemini will also power AI tools in the Mriia and Diia.Education platforms.
