HIMERA, a Ukrainian company operating in the field of defense communications, has raised $2.5M+ to further develop its secure communications technologies and scale operations in Ukraine and international markets.
Over the past year, the company completed an intensive phase of engineering work, field testing, and strategic development. These efforts enabled HIMERA to move toward faster and more confident growth. The new funding round provides additional momentum to accelerate this trajectory.
The raised capital will expand HIMERA’s activities in Ukraine. The company is accelerating product development, improving coverage, and increasing the stability and security of communications for units that rely on these solutions on a daily basis.
These investments directly support secure communications capabilities for defense use and contribute to Ukraine’s overall resilience.
At the same time, HIMERA continues to expand internationally. The company has already delivered contracts in Europe and the United States. The new funding enables the scaling of existing projects and entry into new markets where secure communications with a low probability of interception are critical.
The investment round was led by Green Flag Ventures, with participation from Nezlamni, United Angels Network, Freedom Fund, Dave Morgan, Arnaud Dassier, VYTACH, Big Defence, UA 1, James Francis, Varangians, and Bulava Capital.
For HIMERA, this support represents not only financing, but also trust in secure communications technologies developed in Ukraine to address real-world security challenges.
