WINWIN AI Center of Excellence launched in Ukraine

WINWIN AI Center of Excellence is a cutting-edge hub for AI development and integration. It will drive the transformation of government, business, and society while strengthening Ukraine’s global competitiveness. The center will implement artificial intelligence in public administration and key sectors such as defense, healthcare, education, and business.
WINWIN AI CoE is the first Center of Excellence established under the WINWIN Ukrainian Global Innovation Strategy. Its mission is to unite experts, resources, and innovations to advance AI and enhance key aspects of life for Ukrainians.
Initially, WINWIN AI CoE will focus on developing AI solutions for the public and defense sectors. Artificial intelligence will enhance government services for citizens and optimize the work of public officials. This includes integrating AI into Diia, the educational app Mriia, and developing data analysis tools for public administration.
Key Focus Areas of the Centre:
- Development of AI solutions for the public sector and defense
- AI integration into scientific research
- Creation of educational opportunities for AI specialists and citizens
- Support for startups and SMEs in adopting AI
- Collaboration with international tech giants (BigTech)

WINWIN AI CoE will operate as a project incubator—a space for analyzing, developing, and testing AI solutions. The team will gather requests for process and service improvements and collaborate with businesses to create tailored AI solutions. After testing, these innovations will be integrated into services for citizens and public officials.
The WINWIN AI Center of Excellence was established as part of WINWIN Ukrainian Global Innovation Strategy. The center was initiated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and developed with the support of the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and Deloitte UK.
