The strategy was developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science, the Office of Effective Regulation (BRDO), and supported by USAID’s Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine Project and the UK’s Good Governance Fund’s Innovation Ecosystem initiative.
