AI assistants have been launched on the Diia.Business portal — among the first government-developed online assistants in Ukraine, designed specifically to support entrepreneurs. The new tools help businesses find solutions faster, from shaping an initial idea to scaling operations and entering international markets.
The AI assistants function as personalized navigators across the portal. They clarify user queries, curate tailored selections of materials, services, and support programs, and suggest next steps. In particular, they help entrepreneurs identify relevant financing options and prepare a business plan tailored to their needs.
Technology gives businesses speed, but it also raises expectations — in terms of skills, cybersecurity, and the ability to integrate AI into real operational processes. Our priority is to enhance the digital maturity of SMEs in Ukraine, and we are committed to providing businesses with clear, practical tools for growth. That is why we are transforming the Diia.Business project and launching AI assistants on the portal — so entrepreneurs can access solutions faster and stay focused on scaling their businesses
Five personalized AI assistants are now available on the Diia.Business portal:
• Robert — the first point of contact, answering general questions and helping users navigate available resources.
• Foundiia — supports entrepreneurs from a business idea to launching a company.
• Grant — helps identify financing opportunities, support programs, and prepare business plans.
• Smart — suggests solutions for business digitalization and process optimization.
• Market — an export-focused assistant that helps businesses prepare for entering international markets.
According to Anton Hranko, Deputy Director for Digital Transformation at the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, the AI assistants are part of a broader, systematic development of digital tools for business support, with a strong focus on usability and practical value.
The AI assistants do not replace expert consultations, but enable entrepreneurs to access relevant information more quickly, better understand available opportunities, and plan their next steps more effectively.
The assistants are available on the Diia.Business homepage. To use the service, users must log in and complete verification.
The AI assistants were implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, and the national Diia.Business project, in cooperation with EPAM Systems and with the support of the “Cybersecurity of Critical Infrastructure of Ukraine” Project. The content of the solution does not necessarily reflect the views of the U.S. Government.
