The Future of AI in Ukraine Starts Here — Join the Survey

As Ukraine builds a forward-looking digital ecosystem, artificial intelligence is becoming a key area of focus. The development of Ukraine’s Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy is a part of the broader Global Innovation Strategy 2030 WINWIN, which defines the country’s long-term priorities in innovations.
The AI strategy will serve as a roadmap for how the government integrates AI into key sectors such as healthcare, the economy, education, national security, and public administration. It will also assess the current state of Ukraine’s AI ecosystem in the context of global trends, highlighting the country’s strengths and identifying areas for development. Besides it will provide an initial vision for how AI can be integrated into public services, education, healthcare, cybersecurity, defense, and the economy, and serves as the basis for further development of the full strategy.
To support this process, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has launched a nationwide public survey to gather feedback from individuals and organizations with practical experience or interest in AI.
The survey focuses on:
- Ideas for applying AI in the sectors mentioned above
- Specific challenges you face when using AI
- Barriers organizations encounter when implementing AI
- Your views on what areas of AI integration should be prioritized in Ukraine
Businesses, researchers, educators, public institutions, and anyone involved in or exploring AI are invited to participate. The survey is open to both Ukrainian and international respondents — individuals and organizations alike.
All suggestions will be reviewed and taken into account during the strategy’s development. The deadline to participate is July 10.

Ukraine’s AI Development Strategy is being developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in partnership with Digital Nation OÜ (Estonia), with support from the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) and the Digitalisation for Growth, Integrity, and Transparency (UK DIGIT) project, implemented by the Eurasia Foundation and funded by UK Dev. The strategy is part of Ukraine’s broader Global Innovation Strategy 2030 WINWIN.
