The role of CDTO is new in Ukraine, and nearly 1,500 CDTOs are needed to lead digital reforms at all levels of government. CDTO Campus meets this demand by offering specialized training that equips future CDTOs with technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to navigate complex digital challenges.

The CDTO Campus provides comprehensive programs for public-sector professionals and private-sector leaders transitioning into government roles. Additionally, specialized partnership programs offer deep dives into critical digital topics in collaboration with global industry leaders, such as Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Apolitical, UNDP, OSCE, the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, and others.

Training is delivered in a hybrid format, supported by the CDTO Campus Mobile App for interactive learning. A physical Campus in Kyiv is a hub for in-person collaboration and networking.

Beyond education, CDTO Campus is building a global community of digital transformation leaders, shaping the future of efficient, innovative, and transparent governance.

CDTO Campus is unique because its programs are built on Ukraine’s real-world experience of digital governance during wartime. The Ukrainian public sector has undergone an unprecedented transformation, demonstrating agility, resilience, and innovation under extreme conditions. This real-world expertise is integrated into the curriculums, providing insights and practical knowledge unmatched by any other program worldwide.

CDTO Campus is a strategic step towards building a digital state. Developing a new generation of digital leaders accelerates public sector transformation, fosters a culture of innovation, and positions Ukraine as a global leader in digital governance.
