The Global Government Technology Centre (GGTC) Kyiv is a centre that brings together governments and the technology sector to advance GovTech solutions. In partnership with the C4IR network, GGTC Berlin, and the World Economic Forum ecosystem, GGTC Kyiv serves as a platform for communication and knowledge exchange to drive the development of GovTech solutions worldwide.

GGTC Kyiv has become the world’s second GovTech centre after Berlin and the 21st Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) within the World Economic Forum network. The centre connects the national GovTech ecosystem with a global network of experts, fostering the development of efficient, user-friendly, and accessible public services. This collaboration allows Ukraine to implement significant global projects and drive real change through digital innovation.
